Early check-in or late check-out.
Early check-in, check-in from 11 a.m. or late check-out, check-out until 5 p.m., depending on availability. To extend your stay, you must request it 24 hours in advance and require prior confirmation. Additional cost of €10 p.p. over twelve years old.
Are the houses fully equipped?
Yes, the houses are fully equipped. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking like pots, pans, moka express coffee maker, toaster, mixer, microwave, juicer, etc. To serve meals there are crockery, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, among others. For cleaning dishes, items such as sourer, soap and dish drainer. The larger houses have a dishwasher.

The accommodations have household linen: towels, tablecloths, napkins, sheets, blankets and pillows. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, a couple of rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. All houses have heating, fireplace and Wi-Fi.

Outside there are garden furniture and barbecue. All windows and doors are protected with mosquito netting and curtains. There is also a shared space with cleaning supplies such as the washing machine, iron, broom, shovel, mop, etc.

Is it an isolated country cottage?
No, Cal Carulla is within a small village of fourteen inhabitants without shops, but at the same time it is close to bigger villages where you will find all the essential services. Also, a 24-hour medical center or pharmacy on call.

Moreover, the homeowners live next to the lodgings in the main house. They will welcome you on your arrival, and they will inform you and help you with everything you need during your stay.

Regarding telecommunications, the town has mobile coverage, especially from the main Spanish phone companies. There is also free Wi-Fi in all the houses, as in most common spaces.
From what age do children pay?
Babies from 0 to 2 years old do not pay. Children from 2 years and above that already need a bed are considered as an adult.

Crib and extra bed.
If needed, cribs and high chairs are available for the little ones at a cost of €10 per stay. Ask for availability.

In some houses there are folding beds for children up to twelve years old with a supplement of €15 per night. Cal Pastor has two extra beds and La Premsa has one extra bed. Consult beforehand.

You can bring a travel cot for babies, but inflatable beds and extra beds that do not belong to the establishment are not allowed.
Could outsiders come to spend the day?
External visitors are allowed, although the consent of the owner is necessary. In case of agreement of both parties, the external people will have a supplement of 10€ person/day.
Could we bring pets? Do you accept dogs?
We love animals and we accept them in the houses but the following guidelines must be accepted in order to guarantee the beauty of the spaces and the comfort of other customers:
- You must inform about bringing a pet during you booking
- The price is 10€/day per animal for the extra cleaning
- Dangerous dog breeds are not accepted and the maximum amount of dogs per house is 2
- Pets cannot stay in common spaces as the garden or the swimming pool nor alone inside the house. There are special ‘dog houses’ for them with water trough and protection from the sun and the bad weather, with limited access only to the owners.
- If the pet cause any damage the owner must be responsible for it.
Do they have firewood and charcoal?
Yes, there is charcoal for the barbecue and firewood for sale. There are pills to light the fire, tools and metal baskets to pour the ash.
How does the heated pool and SPA work?
We offer private sessions from 8 am to 10 pm. The spa is equipped with a waterfall, hydromassage, counter-current swimming, water between 28 and 32ºC, and chromotherapy. The price includes towels and the use of changing rooms with rain-effect showers.

Guest rates (75-minute session):
€30 per session (1-2 persons).
16 years and older → €10/session
Children aged 2 and above → €5/session.
Infants free of charge (always with an adult).

Available time slots: 8:05 / 9:40 / 11:15 / 12:50 / 14:25 / 16:00 / 17:35 / 19:10 / 20:45.
To ensure you can choose the desired time, we recommend booking your session at the time of reservation. You can do so via email ( or WhatsApp, and wait for confirmation. Alternatively, you can call us at 616231274 or 938699005.
On the day of check-in or during your stay, you can book your session on-site personally. However, due to internal logistics, we can only guarantee the service 24 hours before the chosen time.
How do group spaces work?
When a group needs more than one house to stay, they have at their disposal a meeting room included in the price. In the case of a group of up to 16 people this room will be ‘L'Establet dels burros’, the stone dining room on the garden. In the case of groups of 17 people or more, they will use the multipurpose room. Availability check is required.
How do celebrations work?
Cal Carulla has two rooms equipped for groups of guests staying in the houses. If it is a large celebration, all accommodation must be rented. Check availability and conditions.

Keep in mind that we have neighbors and, therefore, the rules of coexistence must be respected. It is not allowed to bring sound equipment or speakers, nor play music outside.
Group bail
When groups come, 20% of the amount will be deposited as a deposit. After a week, once the spaces have been checked and cleaned, if everything is correct it will be returned in full.
How can I pay for my stay at Cal Carulla?
In cash, bank transfer, bizum and credit or debit card.
Can I change the reservation dates?
Yes, up to 10 days before your arrival, losing the possibility of recovering the deposit. If desired, we can hold the deposit for future dates.
What is the cancellation policy for the rural house?
With direct bookings, we offer free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival. You can cancel at no cost until 4:00 pm ten days before the reservation. Before this period, the full deposit would be refunded.
For group bookings with multiple houses and dining rights, cancellation is possible up to 30 days before.
How do I cancel a reservation?
To cancel the reservation, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will unblock the dates. Provide us with a full name (first and last name), ID, and an address to issue a refund invoice. If applicable, we will refund the deposit within ten business days.
